The ARH has been developed from the collective efforts of many individuals passionate about supporting freelancers in the arts sector. This includes:

Over 370 members of the arts community, including arts students and professionals, shared their candid thoughts about this work in 2018.

Industry professional Tay Tong, who has helped distil the diversity of views from the arts community and been a constant source of insight and inspiration in shaping and reshaping the ARH’s vision and content, to best suit the community’s needs. Tay Tong worked with a team which included Desirene Ho, Yong Yuet Mei and Teo Swee Leng who have also contributed significantly to the development of the ARH.
