AMPLIFY closes that gap — an independently designed programme that brings a validated strengths assessment together with career design and creative-discipline practices to help you grow your strengths and your practice.

A Two-Day Intensive

Tan Shou Chen is an L&D trainer-facilitator with a proven track record as a self-employed arts practitioner. As both a practising theatremaker and regional L&D professional, he bridges artistic practice with professional development.

ARH supports arts Self-employed Persons (SEPs) by providing opportunities to connect, collaborate and grow. Through AMPLIFY, ARH provides independent arts practitioners with the self-knowledge, professional tools and peer community to lead their work with greater confidence and clarity.
