Part One: Coach Discovery Session
Meet your potential coach
Select 2 different coaches for a one-on-one 30-minute meeting with each.
You will get a brief introduction to coaching and experience a speed coaching session.
After the Discovery Session, decide which coach you would prefer to work with.
Meetings with the coaches will take place in-person on either 3 or 4 October.
Part Two: Coaching Engagement
Receive 2 x 60min in-person coaching sessions with your chosen coach.
The sessions can be flexibly scheduled between October 2026 to February 2027.

Coaching for Creatives, by Creatives
Coaching for Creatives was created by the Creative Coach Collective in collaboration with the Arts Resource Hub (ARH).

The Creative Coach Collective was set up by Christie Chua and Juliet Chia as Singapore’s first network of working creatives trained as professional coaches.
We exist to bridge the gap between creative practice and professional coaching. For many in the arts, coaching can feel irrelevant, overly corporate, or out of reach. CCC changes that by connecting practitioners with qualified coaches who live and understand the realities of a creative life. We believe that a structured support system helps people navigate life transitions, career crossroads, and project leadership with greater clarity and confidence. We see coaching as a natural fit for creatives because it helps them uncover their own answers, not follow a formula. We are building a culture where caring for the person behind the practice is just as vital as the work itself.
