This isn't your typical sit-and-listen panel – you'll be moving, learning, and practising alongside our expert speakers.

This dynamic 2-hour session combines expert insights with practical movement demonstrations and interactive exercises. You'll learn to recognise warning signs, practice targeted rehabilitation techniques, and gain confidence in managing your physical wellbeing as a performing artist.
