About the meeting rooms
As an ARH subscriber, you have exclusive access to meeting rooms at these 3 locations:

Accessing the space
Meeting room at GAC and SAC is located within our co-working spaces. To access it, you'll first need to enter the co-working area using a passcode, which changes every month. Once inside, you can proceed to our designated meeting room. Retrieve current passcode.
For new subscribers, your account in the booking system will be activated within 5 working days after your subscription.

User Etiquettes
To ensure everyone can work and meet comfortably in our spaces, ARH subscribers and their guests should observe these guidelines:
No longer using your booked room or finishing earlier than expected? Free up the booking so others can use the space! Learn how to cancel your bookings in our Booking Instructions.
Respect the people around you and this space and refrain from activities that might be disruptive or offensive.
Mind the noise so everyone can work comfortably in this open plan setting. Use headphones if listening to media, or if attending an online meeting.
Keep smells and pests away by eating responsibly and consuming only drinks and snacks in the space. No hot meals should be consumed in the space.
If inviting guests into the space, do share the user guidelines with them. Users who invite guests into the meeting room will be responsible for their guests' conduct and behaviour within the space.
Show the planet some love and turn off the lights and air-conditioner if you are the last to leave the space.
