The IGNITE Mentorship Programme aims to address the development needs at different SEP career stages and to create opportunities for sustained engagement within the arts SEP community, following the pilot run in 2024.

IGNITE 2.0 in 2026: Growing Your Practice with Young Artist Award Recipients
IGNITE 2.0 is a six-month structured mentorship programme featuring 10 Young Artist Award (YAA) recipients, designed to guide up to 20 SEPs who are in their early career (3 – 5 years) phase. The programme provides art form-specific approaches and networks in developing their artistic practice through the guidance of Singapore’s leading arts talents.

IGNITE 3.0 in 2026: Developing Your SEP Competencies with Established Practitioners
IGNITE 3.0 features 10 established mentors across various disciplines including dance, visual arts, theatre, literary arts, music etc. designed to guide up to 20 SEPs who are in their early career (less than 3 years, minimally must have completed formal education). Participants will develop essential SEP competencies and sustainable career practices.
